Atherton Homes – Release Policy

• All prospective clients are asked to visit www.atherton-homes.com and submit their Name and Email via our online Interest List.

• New home sites will be released approximately every 60-90 days until the community’s completion. Please note that this timeline may vary due to weather, development schedule, and a variety of other factors.

• A Lot Premium/Fit List illustrating the possible floor plan choices will be made available via the Atherton Homes website shortly before or at the time of the release.

• At the time of the release, all prospective clients that have provided their information via the online Interest List will be notified simultaneously by email of the release.

  Please note that it is the prospective client’s sole responsibility to provide contact information to Atherton Homes and to ensure that the information provided has been received, and is both accurate and valid.

  Atherton Homes and its representatives shall not be held responsible for inaccurate or invalid information provided.

• All lots will be sold first-come-first-serve via email at the time of the release. In order to secure a lot at the time of the release, prospective clients need only reply to the email sent with their desired lot selection. It is advised to provide multiple lot choices in preferential order, in the event a lot has already been reserved.

  If the reply is the first received for a particular lot, it will be held in the clients name for a period of 48 hours, at which time a good faith deposit in the amount of $5,000 made payable to Placer Title will be required to confirm the lot reservation.
