Broker / Agent hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
Atherton Homes agrees to pay a Referral Fee in the amount of $5,000 to Buyer’s referring Broker / Agent for a property located within the active community.
Atherton Homes is authorized to write the Purchase Agreement. No Purchase Agreement will be accepted that has not been written by Atherton Homes.
Atherton Homes is responsible for tracking the Escrow. Referring Broker / Agent should contact Atherton Homes for status updates regarding the transaction.
Broker Registration must be received BEFORE Client reserves a Property and is subject to validation from Client's confirmation that they are working with the Broker/Agent listed below.
Buyer may have only one referring Broker / Agent, and only one referral shall be paid.
This Registration expires 30 days from Registration Date if Purchase Agreement is not executed.
