2.Atherton Homes is responsible for tracking the Escrow. Broker/Sales Agent should contact Atherton Homes for status updates regarding the transaction.
3.A Purchase Agreement must be written within 60 Days of this registration for Buyer’s referring Broker/Sales Agent to receive a Referral Fee.
